In any situation where My Toddler Spa has to cancel the event, you will be notified via email and offered an alternative session or voucher. We have a no refund policy.
Due to the size of My Toddler Spa sessions, we do not offer refunds or date transfers for sessions that you are unable to attend that are going ahead. You may however, give your ticket to someone else. You will need to inform us of the new adult and toddler's details.
